Definitions

The current privacy policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) uses the following terms:

  • Website Administration of the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration): Specialists representing the interests of the organization, managing the site, and processing incoming personal data. These specialists must understand the purpose of data processing, which information should be processed, and what actions need to be performed with this information.
  • Personal Data: Information related directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

General Provisions

  • Viewing the online store website and using its programs and products implies agreement with this Privacy Policy and the provision of personal data by the User for processing.

  • The Privacy Policy applies only to the online store website. The online store is not responsible for the actions of the User on resources of third parties to which the User can go by the links available on the online store website.

Subject of the Privacy Policy

  • The Site Administration undertakes not to disclose personal data provided by the User registering on the site or placing an order and to ensure its confidentiality.
  • Personal data subject to processing includes: User's last name, first name, patronymic; contact phone number; email address (e-mail); delivery address; residential address.
  • Protection of data automatically transmitted when viewing ad blocks and visiting pages is provided by the online store. This data includes: IP address, information from cookies, information about the browser, time of visit, page address, referrer.

Purposes of Collecting User's Personal Information

The collection of User's personal data is carried out for:

  • Identifying the User registered on the site for order placement and purchase.
  • Providing the User with access to personalized site resources.
  • Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests, processing inquiries and applications.
  • Determining the location of the User to ensure payment security and prevent fraud.
  • Confirming the completeness and accuracy of the provided data.
  • Creating an account for making purchases.
  • Notifying the User about the status of the order.
  • Processing and receiving payments, confirming taxes and tax benefits.
  • Providing the User with technical support.
  • Providing the User with information about new products, special offers, and news if the User has consented to this.
  • Advertising products of the online store with the consent of the User.
  • Providing access to the online store's websites or services for obtaining products, updates, and services.

Methods and Terms of Processing Personal Information

  • The term for processing personal data is not limited. Processing can be carried out in any lawful way, including automated and non-automated processing.
  • Transfer of personal data to third parties is possible for fulfilling the User's order (courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators) and by lawful requests of state authorities.
  • In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User.
  • The Site Administration takes necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, deletion, or dissemination.
  • In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration takes measures to prevent losses and other negative consequences.

Responsibilities of the Parties

The User is obliged to:

  • Provide accurate data about themselves.
  • Update and supplement data in case of changes.

The Site Administration is obliged to:

  • Use the data solely for purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of data and not disclose it without the User's consent, except as required by law.
  • Take measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.
  • Block personal data upon request from the User or their legal representative for the period of verification in case of inaccurate data or illegal actions.

Liabilities of the Parties

  • The Site Administration is responsible for losses incurred by the User due to unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with Russian legislation, except for cases specified in the Privacy Policy.
  • The Site Administration is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of data if it became public before the loss or disclosure, was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration, or was disclosed with the User's consent.

Dispute Resolution

  • Before filing a lawsuit for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Site Administration, a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution) is mandatory.
  • The Site Administration is obliged to respond in writing to the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is referred to the judicial authority at the location of the Site Administration, in accordance with Russian legislation.

Additional Conditions

  • The Site Administration has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
  • The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
